Membership fees are no transferable or refundable.
The Park Gym cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of personal property.
The Park Gym reserves the right to alter details of the gym programmes, memberships and opening times without prior notice.
The Park Gym reserves the right to refuse entry to any member and terminate a member's membership at any time.
The Park Centre operates a no smoking policy.
Members found deliberately damaging equipment or property belonging to The Park Gym will be banned and liable to prosecution.
The Park Gym will not be liable for any injury caused by misuse of equipment.
The Park Centre will not tolerate any abuse or violence towards another member or staff.
The Park Gym may on occasion be unattended by a qualified instructor. If this occurs report any issuses to the main reception.
Teen fit sessions (13-16) can attend the gym between the normal hours of 3.30pm-6.30pm
